The $800 exemption is gone. Your parcels still have to clear.
For years a low-value parcel crossed into the U.S. on a description and a value. That route closed: duty-free de minimis has been suspended for commercial modes since August 2025, and a CBP rule made it permanent in June 2026.
In practice, every U.S.-bound parcel now needs entry data — regardless of how little it is worth. Most shipping tools still treat that as an optional add-on. We treat it as part of buying a label.
